From two careers to starlit skies

Guy's passion for photography began with a Kodak Brownie as a boy, and took root while stationed in Germany, where he picked up his first serious camera, a Pentax ME Super. It stayed with him through two careers spanning four decades — military service and later work as a technical aircraft instructor — and travels to Switzerland, Spain and Kenya along the way. In retirement, he gave himself a Nikon D750, now joined by a D850, and a growing fascination with the night sky.
